Alise Isbell

Alise Isbell is an experienced strategist, facilitator and communication expert with award-winning writing and instructional design ability to help people and organizations achieve their goals. She holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Business Communication.

Alise’s credentials also include being a Certified Achieve Global Leadership and Customer Service Facilitator and Microsoft Office User Specialist.  Alise has published numerous articles on effective communication in the Houston, Boston, Nashville and Columbus and Seattle Business Journals, while also winning an IABC Bronze Quill Award in Writing.

The Oklahoma Journal Record named her an “Achiever Under 40 in 2005.” Her clients represent industries including healthcare, petroleum, academia and financial services. She publishes her own company newsletter and serves as the 2008 President-Elect for ASTD- Houston Chapter and Co-President for IABC's Entrepreneur Strategic Interest Group. Alise also has been interviewed by Forbes Radio and featured in the Journal Record.

Paul Menzel, MS, CPLP

Paul is a corporate consultant, trainer, facilitator and mediator. For the last 20 years, he has created corporate communications and learning projects for dozens of clients including several Fortune 500 companies. Paul’s expertise is in the areas of Presentation skills training, conflict resolution and Meeting facilitation.

The performing arts are one of several tools that Paul uses in his consulting work. With a master’s degree in training and development, Paul understands the most effective ways to involve adult learners in a training initiative. As a qualified facilitator of ropes and challenge courses, he has a solid knowledge of action learning and group processes. Paul has also completed the graduate program in dispute resolution at the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Institute, which has sharpened his skills at facilitation and building consensus.

Mariam Haddad

Mariam Haddad specializes in spoken communication effectiveness by focusing on Accent Neutralization, Vocal Production, and Effective Presentation. She coaches and trains clients from all over the world by helping them neutralize foreign and regional accents and speak English clearly. She is the author and developer of the highly successful “Say It with Power!” program. In this program, she utilizes the same tools used on a daily basis in her career as an opera singer, classical pianist and teacher in “Say It with Power!” This program provides a fun pathway for companies to empower valued employees from diverse cultural backgrounds to:

• Increase their ability to be understood in conversations, meetings and presentations

• Significantly reduce accents and improve pronunciation;

• Articulate with more clarity in conversation, meetings and presentations;
